Potential new client on the horizon for Complete One

Newcastle-based events promotions firm, Complete One, released a statement this week, confirming the rumours that they will be testing a new client in the forthcoming weeks.

Planning is already underway at Complete One to ensure that the test is effective, and has the desired results. If successful, it will be a chance for the customer acquisition specialists to venture into a whole new sector, seeing them branch out into the finance market. This will be great experience for the firm, allowing them to expand their skill-set. “There is a lot of planning and preparation that goes into a launch, it takes weeks of research and development before the first customer is spoken to. We want to do everything within our power to make sure that we hit the ground running and meet the projections, to ensure we are able to take on the campaign permanently,” said Glen Lowes, Managing Director at Complete One.

Since their launch in 2012, Complete One have experienced tremendous success, seeing them extend their market reach into Glasgow, Edinburgh and Sheffield, as well as adding some of the best known brands in the UK to their client portfolio. They have also been among the award winners every year at the industry’s annual awards gala, which highlights the incredible consistency they have shown. They are a young company with massive goals. This year they want to expand into new markets as well as break the £1million turnover barrier, something that they were so close to doing in 2015.

“The potential we have with this new client is huge! It’s always a really exciting time when there is a new campaign on the horizon. It reinforces the competitive spirit we have at Complete One, and it really pushes everyone to do better and be at the top of their game.”

Complete One is an outsourced sales and marketing company, specialising in customer acquisition through in-person promotions at events and venues throughout the North East. In a world of ever advancing technologies, the firm offers their clients something that is often lacking in today's impersonal digital world, interactive and personalised marketing solutions. They utilise the human element to deliver ‘the personal touch’ allowing them to deliver both quality and quantity customer acquisitions. The potential new client is an exciting venture for the firm, and they believe it could be the catalyst for them achieving their goals for this year if it is a success.
