Complete One MD chosen as Keynote speaker at Regional Conference



Glen Lowes, Managing Director of sales and marketing firm Complete One was invited earlier this month to speak at a regional event, and share his business insights with the industry’s most promising young leaders.

On 7th of February, Glen Lowes of sales and marketing firm Complete One travelled to Edinburgh’s Sheraton Hotel and Spa to share his business advice and inspirations with the industry’s best and brightest young professionals. The event, which invited 450 professionals from across Scotland and the North East of England was organised to boost motivation and educate professionals on how best to achieve goals in the coming months.  With 2016 earmarked to be a record year for the direct sales and marketing industry, experts are keen to help young professionals gain the knowledge and momentum needed to seize every possible opportunity.

As the Managing Director of one of the fastest growing companies in the North East, Glen Lowes was invited to share his recent experiences with attendees, and discuss how success can be achieved even in the most unpredictable of climates. Mr Lowes also spoke about critical conversions and smashing through sales targets, which for the attendees who work on behalf of big UK brands, plays a vital role in maintaining positive and long lasting client relationships.

The daylong event invited a total of 12 speakers from within the sales and marketing industry; with each speaker chosen due to their individual successes and merit within the sales and marketing environment. Mr Lowes found the experience of not only sharing his own insights, but hearing the insights of other businesses to be incredibly powerful. “It’s humbling to be in the presence of such talented and driven individuals and it’s really only at events like this that you see just how much endless potential the industry has to grow and transform,” stated Mr Lowes. “I firmly believe that both personal and professional success is reliant on continuous learning, and events such as this create a fantastic environment for people to share skills and knowledge and build a stronger more connected industry.”
